How long does a laptop repair take?
Most repairs such as screen replacement, battery change, keyboard fix, or software issues are completed the same day or within 24 hours. Complex motherboard or data recovery jobs may take 2–3 days. We always inform you in advance.
Do you offer on-site repair service?
Yes, we offer on-site support for businesses under our AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) plans. For home users, most repairs are done at our Nigdi or Chikhali branch. Contact us to discuss your needs.
Do you provide warranty on repairs?
Yes, we provide a warranty on all our repairs. Hardware part replacements come with a minimum 30-day to 6-month warranty depending on the part. Software services carry a 30-day service guarantee.
Can you recover data from a damaged hard drive?
In many cases, yes. We offer data recovery services for damaged, corrupted or accidentally formatted drives. Recovery success depends on the extent of damage. Bring your drive to either branch for a free diagnosis.
Pricing & Payment
Do you charge for diagnosis / inspection?
No, basic diagnosis is free of charge. We inspect your device and give you a cost estimate before starting any work. You only pay if you approve the repair.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfers. Payments are collected after the job is completed and you are satisfied with the work.
Are your prices fixed or negotiable?
We offer transparent and competitive pricing. For businesses and bulk orders we have special rates. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements and get the best quote.
Laptops
Do you sell new and refurbished laptops?
Yes, we sell both new and certified refurbished laptops. All refurbished laptops are tested, cleaned and come with a warranty. Brands include HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer and more.
My laptop is not turning on — can you fix it?
Yes. This could be due to a dead battery, faulty charger, motherboard issue or power IC failure. Bring it to us and we will diagnose it for free and let you know the exact cause and repair cost.
Can you upgrade my old laptop with SSD or RAM?
Absolutely! Upgrading to an SSD is one of the best ways to speed up an old laptop. We can also upgrade RAM on compatible models. This service is quick, affordable and makes a huge difference in performance.
Printers
Which printer brands do you service?
We service all major printer brands including HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Samsung and Xerox. Both laser and inkjet printers are handled by our experienced technicians.
Do you offer toner refilling and cartridge replacement?
Yes, we offer toner refilling for laser printers and ink cartridge replacement for inkjet printers. We use quality compatible toners that give excellent print results at lower cost than originals.

We have two branches: (1) 28, near Bharati Technical Institute, Nigdi Gaothan, Nigdi, Pimpri-Chinchwad – 411044. (2) Shine Square Building, Pingle Road, near Imperial Hospital, Chikhali, Vitthal Nagar, Pune – 411062.
What are your shop working hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. On Sundays we are open from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can also call or WhatsApp us at 7420806178 any time for urgent support.
Do you provide AMC for schools and businesses?
Yes, we offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for schools, offices and businesses. AMC includes scheduled preventive maintenance, priority support and discounted repair rates. Contact us for a custom quote.
